Prez Yadav back from Japan

KATHMANDU, JUN 28 - President Ram Baran Yadav has arrived here in the Capital after receiving medical treatment from the University of Tokyo Hospital in Japan on Friday.

The president landed here at Tribhuwan International Airport at 12.30 this afternoon.

President Yadav was discharged from the Hospital on Wednesday following completion of several tests conducted upon him by the doctors of the Tokyo-based Hospital.

The doctors involved in his medical-check up had said that his health condition was normal and that he has no such symptoms of cancer .

The reports of all the medial tests conducted on his health were found to be normal.

The president had undergone comprehensive medical tests including colonoscopy, endoscopy, CT scan, PET scan, X-rays and other blood tests at the Tokyo-based hospital.

President Yadav was admitted to the Hospital on June 18 after doctors involved in his treatment back home had advised him to fly abroad for further medical diagnosis and tests.
