Oli in Delhi
NEW DELHI, JUN 14 -
CPN-UML senior leader KP Oli arrived here in Indian Capital New Delhi for his health check-up on Friday.
Oli’s visit comes on the heels of visits by former prime ministers.
"I have come for my health check up at the Appollo Hospital, I have not come here for any political meetings," Oli said.
Oli, who is scheduled to return to Kathmandu on Monday, said he will be holding interactions and meetings with Nepali community residing in Delhi during his stay.
He tried to clear the air by saying that his visit is purely personal and ruled out the possibility of other meetings with India politicians.
Meanwhile, Nepali Congress senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba has arrived here in the Capital this afternoon after completing his six-day visit to Delhi.
Prior to Deuba, UCPN (Maoist) Chairman had visited Delhi in mid-April.
