Woman murdered in Dhanusha
An unidentified gang of 10 persons murdered a woman at Batteshwor VDC in Dhanusha district on Wednesday night.
Police said that the group dragged one Babita Yadav, 18, to a sugarcane field near her home and stabbed her on her neck and head with a sharp weapon. Yadav's husband Bishwanath Yadav was also injured in the attack. Injured Yadav has been admitted to Janakpur Zonal Hospital for treatment.
The reason behind the murder has not been known. Police Inspector Gobinda Puri informed that police has arrested four suspected person and an investigation into the case is underway.
