Sankhamul fire guts property worth two million rupees
KATHMANDU, DEC 22 -
Property worth two million rupees was gutted after a house caught fire at Shankhamul in the capital at 1 am Sunday morning.
The house taken in lease by Lal Bahadur Bhujel was caught by fire , said victim Bhujel.
Bhujel had been running a furniture shop while another shopkeeper had his quilt store at the same house. With the inferno, all the goods stored in the house turned into ashes in no time.
The reason behind the fire is yet to be reported. The fire was taken under control by six fire engines one hour back. No human casualty has been reported in the fire incident. RSS
