Poudel undergoes successful piles operation
KATHMANDU, JUL 23 -
Nepali Congress Vice President Ram Chandra Poudel underwent successful surgery for piles at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital ( TUTH ) on Tuesday morning.
A team of senior doctors including Dr Ramesh Singh Bhandari performed the operation on Poudel.
Poudel was admitted to the hospital on Monday evening. He is now at the Post Operative Ward of the hospital
According to Poudels' personal secretary Chiranjivi Adhikari, Poudel is in normal condition and that the doctors have advised him to take rest in the hospital for few more days.
