Mother jumps into canal with two children Daughter killed, son missing, woman unconscious
BIRATNAGAR, JUL 01 -
A woman jumped into Koshi canal along with her two children at Barahachhetra of Sunsari on Monday morning.
One Damanti Bhattarai, 35, of Barahchhetra-6, jumped with her three-year-old son Sujan and one-year-old daughter Bhumika this morning.
Police recovered dead body of Bhumika while Sujan has gone missing. Mother Damanti was found unconscious. She has been undergoing treatment at a local health post, police said.
