Two killed, 22 injured in bus accident
JHAPA, JUL 24 -
Two people have been killed and other 22 injured in a bus accident at Surunga of Jhapa district on Wednesday morning.
The passenger bus (Me 1 Kha 1298) heading for eastern district from west overturned at Surunga-2 of Jhapa early this morning.
The deceased have been identified as Ganga Sapkota, 35, of Damak-10 and Shisir Chongwang Limbu, 42, of Bharol-6, Sunsari.
Among the injured, 12 have been undergoing treatment in Kanchanjungha, six in Birtamod and other four at Manmohan Memorial Hospital, police informed.
